Despite continued pandemic uncertainty and lackluster spring season home sales; mortgage purchase loan application demand is showing an unexpectedly quick recovery. Supported by record low mortgage rates, new home listings and pending sales are recovering on a market-by-market basis – almost as soon as shelter-in-place orders were lifted.
