Field Review (FNMA 2000)
An appraisal Field Review report includes an exterior inspection and opinion of value by a certified/licensed appraiser from the First American Appraiser Network. The Field Review includes details on the exterior inspection of the subject property, comparable properties, and neighborhood. The Field Review report includes the name of the certified/licensed appraiser, as well as the effective completion date.
Desktop Review (FNMA 2006)
The Desktop Review product provides confirmation of the appropriateness of the appraised value, scope of assignment, and the accuracy in terms of the approach to value and methodology. Reviews are completed at a desk by licensed appraisers from the First American Appraiser Network. The Desktop Review includes the name of the certified/licensed appraiser, as well as the effective completion date.
