If your document isn’t found in DataTree databases, the search automatically moves to the next service level until your order is fulfilled. This ensures that requests are completed in the fastest, most efficient and cost effective way possible.

With the self-service batch retrieval option, you are in control of the process. You’ll get online tracking of your order as it progresses and notifications as soon as your items are ready.

TIER 1 - DATATREE DOCUMENT RETRIEVAL

Begin with DataTree’s document image database, the nation’s largest. If the documents you need are found, the search is complete and your documents are available. Any documents not located in this tier will move to Tier 2.

TIER 2 - FIELD RESEARCH DOCUMENT RETRIEVAL

DataTree networks perform a manual search of proprietary and third-party electronic databases to find the recorded documents you need. If your documents aren’t located through this method, they move to the final tier.

TIER 3 - EXTENDED DOCUMENT RETRIEVAL SERVICE

A member of the DataTree field research network will visit the county courthouse to perform a manual search for any remaining documents. They will abstract the data and provide document copies.
