The Data Used

You provide all possible Owner Names, Situs & Mailing Addresses, and Assessor Parcel Numbers (APNs). Our data experts will find any property with one or more of those filters for your team to review.

A custom set of property data from Assessor, Recorder, & Parcel Boundaries. Use the DataTree online property research tool for access to documents and additional data. Provide your feedback to the First American Data & Analytics Professional Services team to hone in on your properties and weed out any that are not.

Nationwide portfolio of properties with an aggregated count of parcels by land use & geography.
